What information we collect
Orsini Vintage may collect data on your IP address in order to monitor traffic to our websites. This data may be used for statistical analysis within Orsini Vintage in order to improve the services we offer; we will not make this information available to a third party without a court order.
Registered users
Customers with an account on one or more of our applications will have been issued with a username and password that can be used to identify them on our services. We may log and audit activity under this account for the purposes of accountability, usage tracking and troubleshooting.
Whilst we will make every effort to safeguard your privacy, we cannot be held responsible for any breach in security caused by user error – we remind you that it is your responsibility to protect any login details provided to you, not to disclose them to unauthorised persons, and not to allow their use by persons other than yourself.
Retention of data
Upon cancellation of your user account(s) with us, we will remove any address and contact details from our systems; if your company cancels its account then your data will be removed in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon in your contract agreement (if applicable). We will retain audit log information about your user account(s) indefinitely for the purposes of accountability, auditing and usage statistics.
Data storage
Orsini Vintage may use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our web-based applications and websites. Where this is the case, Orsini Vintage will have a signed agreement with the service provider to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.
Orsini Vintage retain all rights to the code, databases and applications we provide; you retain all rights to the data you store using our systems.

We will use reasonable efforts to supply, correct or delete personal information about you on our files.
